Light, pliant and pack able anorak that protects against cold winds, a smart garment that can be pulled on when out on day trips walking, cycling or paddling. Made from a waxed polyamide and organic cotton fabric that is water resistant and dries fast should it get wet.
The style is simple with only the most essential details, all to save weight and allow you to "pack smart". The well-fitting hood is adjustable, there is a half-length zipper at the front and a kangaroo pocket that doubles as a pack bag. The sleeve cuffs have elastic edging and thumb holes that keep sleeves in place. Draw cord adjustment at hem.
The wax infusion makes the jacket water resistant; it will keep you dry during light showers but not during a downpour or constant rain. Protective properties can be enhanced with Greenland Wax

I love Columbia proudcts. They are on the expensive side, but you get a qualtiy product.
These do run a bit large. I usually wear an XL in hoddies and such and a Large fits me very well.
Great Style and super comfortable.
What I find with Columbia fleece procducts in comparison to other cheap brands is that when i wear Columbia I dont seem to get a zap from every metal surface I touch. It doenst seem to produce as much static electricity, I assume its a quality issue but can't be sure.
As far as warmth, its decently warm. As warm as a single layer of fleece could be. Great for fall weather. If wearing a couple of layers underneath it, its warm enough for me to wear in 30 degree weather and be comfortable.
